Operator of Phase 13 of the supergiant South Pars gas field said the onshore Refinery of the phase would become fully operational by late February.

Kaveh Petrochemicals Plant and the first phase of Bushehr petrochemicals facility are scheduled to come on-stream by the end of the current Iranian calendar year to March 20.
