Iran’s natural Gas export which was halted by damage to IGAT-6 Pipeline has resumed.
The CEO of the Petroleum Engineering and Development Company (PEDEC) said production of Crude oil from the joint South Azadegan Oilfield would reach 150,000 b/d once 35 newly-drilled wells come online by February 2019.
Iran is to launch four new Condensate storage plants which had added 2 million barrels of the item’s storage capacity.
Iran’s deputy minister of petroleum for international affairs and commerce, Amir-Hossein Zamani-Nia, has said the number of potential buyers of Iran’s Oil has increased despite US threats of sanctions. Zamani-Nia, however, said the countries that recently received sanctions waiver from the US would not buy even an extra one barrel of Oil from Iran.
The Iranian First Vice President said that the United States was trying to choke up Iran’s Oil exports as the main source of revenue for the country, but, “fortunately we have so far been able to sell Oil as much as we needed and have collected its revenues.”
We view sanctions as the conditions or the scope of project, i.e. assessing every factor, which is likely to affect the project processes and the triangle of time-quality-cost for a project.
"Iran has always been and will be a reliable oil supplier for India," the Iranian foreign minister said.
Head of Iran's Chamber of Commerce Gholamhossein Shafei said the country; given its vast Oil and gas reserves was the safest, most reliable energy supplier for India.
The Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said Tehran would welcome investments by Indians in Iran’s oil, gas and petrochemical projects.
Iranian Minister of Petroleum Bijan Zangeneh visited Baghdad in neighboring Iraq to sit with Iraqi officials including Iraqi Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi and his counterpart Thamer Ghadhban.
