ASSALUYEH – Managing-Director of Pars Special Economic Energy Zone Pirouz Mousavi says development of oil industry requires better human resources and updated knowledge.
He told oil managers that Iran can benefit from its national asset if it can rely on its own experts. He called on the managers to “target challenges and problems related to human resources” and concentrate their efforts on better human resources in the zone. “We have to work in a way to make up for 11 years of delay in three years and that’s not easy job. We have to accept the fact that everything does not end in financing projects. We have also to attract motivated manpower,” said Souri.
