Iranian Minister of Petroleum Bijan Zangeneh, Minister of Health Hassan Ghazizadeh Hashemi, Deputy Petroluem Minister Kazem Vaziri Hamaneh, and a number of other senior Iranian energy and government officials attended the opening ceremony of the event at the Research Center of Petroleum Industry (RIPI).
The conference is aimed at promoting social responsibility issues in petroleum projects and present the experiences of oil and gas companies in offering to the society their responsibility.
Informing energy managers and executives about CSR issues is another goal of the conference.
The two-day event ends on Wednesday.
